After nearly 25 years of professional and educational experience in the banking industry, Andrea Invernizzi became a certified Credit Broker and joined the Molteni group. He focuses on management consulting, specifically handling relationships with credit institutions, business strategy, and financial solutions.

Thanks to his “mathematical” skills, Luca manages the administrative side of the company, overseeing all accounting and financial matters. Every bureaucratic need passes through his hands and is efficiently handled thanks to his work.

An adventure and outdoor enthusiast, Giada returned to Italy after living in the U.S., making her the perfect point of contact for our international clients! Within the team, she also manages human resources, ensuring a pleasant working environment for everyone.

Alessia has witnessed the birth of Varenna Holidays, a brand dedicated to short-term holiday rentals. Friendly and professional, she enjoys talking to people and strives to meet owners’ needs with precision and organization. Her favorite motto is “There’s always something to learn,” and she constantly brings fresh ideas to the job!

A true native of Lierna on Lake Como. After a career as an entrepreneur and B&B owner, he became a key figure in the company. From maintenance to renovations, he always has a practical solution and helps clients bring their dreams to life.

Manuel’s passion for his work is unquestionable. Eager and positive, he started as a valuable maintenance assistant and is now an essential part of the Renovations department. At the same time, he is training to qualify as a professional surveyor.

Nineteen years old and born in Carate Brianza, Nicolò joined the team after earning his graphic design diploma. He supports the company by managing its graphic profile. With his creativity and originality, he strengthens the soul and image of the Group.

Born and raised in Milan, in the Navigli area, after graduating in Political Science with an international focus and several years spent in the fashion field, she decided to move to Lake Como. Thanks to her kindness and courtesy, she assists the guests of the holiday homes in the best way and give them the necessary support during their stay.

After many years in the Pearl of Lake Como, on the shores of Bellagio—and many of them spent working on boats—Diego dropped anchor and turned his attention to Varenna: the Diamond of the Lake. His passion and deep knowledge of the area make him a perfect fit for the Varenna Holidays team, where he now manages vacation rental bookings.

A lover of art and long walks, Anna holds a degree in Tourism. After various experiences abroad, she realized her ambition in Varenna—where she can interact with people from all over the world while living in the place she loves most. Thanks to her empathy and thoughtfulness, she manages and welcomes guests’ requests and needs with attention and professionalism.

Originally from Poland, Lidia lives on and deeply loves Lake Como. She joined our holiday homes hospitality team with the aim of making every stay unique and unforgettable thanks to her kindness.

After earning her degree in History from Trinity College in Dublin and spending several years abroad, Mirta returned to her native Milan and later moved to the lake in search of a slower-paced life. A lover of art and nature, she enjoys interacting with people from all over the world and carefully selects local artisan products for the Boutique.
